Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I spent some time as a Consultant for new home construction. Part of this role was to secret shop other real estate agents. I learned very quickly I never wanted to be like most of the agents I shopped; I wanted to make my clients feel special. I realized a little bit of good service goes a long way, and a lot of good service creates raving fans. It is my goal to create raving fans!
